Please include the following with your application:
1. Personal Testimony. Please include the highs and lows of your life. We encourage you to share some of the negatives (pressures, difficulties, weaknesses) that still affect you today in order to help us understand you. Also, include at least a paragraph on your passion for worship. The testimony should be one to two pages, typed on separate paper submitted with the application form.
2. Vision Statement. Please write a one page statement of your goals and aspirations. Where in the Kingdom do you feel the Lord is calling you? What has the Lord put on your heart, especially concerning worship?
3. Pastoral Recommendation. Please have your local pastor or residing Bishop write a one page letter of recommendation, typed on a separate sheet of paper submitted with the application form.
4. Personal Recommendation. Please have a personal friend (not a spouse or relative) write a one page letter of recommendation, typed on a separate sheet of paper submitted with the application form.
